Poems from the
Inside
Seek
the light of day . . .
Stress cracks glass,
pain's rain stains,
hearts harden hard,
stress cracks.
Saline seeps through seams
cracked in blackness,
bloody blackness,
saline silence.
Tears tearing time's travail -
tears tearing; hearts hardened,
crack like glass.
