Electrons Dancing
Does none of this exist?
Is all of this no more
than electrons dancing
in some new machine?
An interactive, "talking lamp?"
A titillation of the sense?
Are we only children,
hard at play,
with all our big machines?
Does none of this Exist?
Electrons dancing
contained in copper cables,
egos' echo of reflection,
a shout out at the void . . .
To think that this
has all been bought and paid for -
but what is the price of coal?
